We're seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This key role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple Shopify stores, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven expertise in Shopify app management, including Launchpad, Replo, and Recharge.
  • Able to navigate technical complexities with ease, including custom storefronts and basic code tweaks.
  • Passion for data analysis and ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accuracy across stores.
