**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a data-driven professional to enhance customer experience and sales performance on Amazon.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute site merchandising strategies, including campaigns and promotional events.
  • Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase funnels to optimize traffic and conversion.
  • Design and refresh storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns.
  • Coordinate with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.
  • Develop and test new merchandising strategies to improve engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
