Job Title: Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled advertising specialist to drive high returns on ad spend for e-commerce businesses through paid advertising across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands, ensuring maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS.
  • Identify and test new audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad placements to drive growth.

Market & Creative Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Utilize Meta Ad Library and ad spy tools to research and replicate high-performing creatives.
  • Provide insights on creative performance and recommend optimizations.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Provide clear, detailed creative briefs to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams to streamline campaign execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports to inform future campaigns.
  • Utilize data to adjust bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements for better results.
  • Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in advertising for e-commerce businesses with a track record of high ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with design and video editing teams.
