Lead Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned influencer marketing professional to spearhead impactful campaigns and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ever-evolving beauty, skincare, and grooming landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty and personal care categories.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with top-tier beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Conceptualize and execute targeted campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design compelling influencer briefs and ensure seamless brand alignment.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage campaign budgets, and oversee timely deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in the beauty and personal care influencer space to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Establish and maintain a robust influencer database with actionable performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle sectors.
  • A proven track record of managing high-impact influencer campaigns that drive business results.
  • In-depth knowledge of content marketing, creator trends, and Instagram-first strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Highly professional, punctual, and accountable with exceptional time management skills.
