If you're excited about building acquisition channels from the ground up, optimizing conversion funnels, and experimenting with bold ideas, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Take full ownership of paid marketing initiatives end-to-end
  • Design and run targeted campaigns that drive high-quality leads & conversions
  • Optimize funnels, test strategies, and refine messaging to maximize ROI
  • Drive retention with remarketing & personalized campaigns
  • Define growth metrics, track performance, and pivot based on data insights
  • Collaborate with product, design & customer teams to accelerate results
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of performance marketing experience (D2C / B2C e-commerce preferred)
  • Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable results
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Ads Manager & attribution tools
  • Strong analytical mindset + ability to translate data into strategy
  • A bias for action — comfortable running multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, and eager to experiment with new trends & channels
