Expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP systems is essential for our team's success in creating a Request for Proposal (RFP). This part-time consulting assignment offers professionals with strong domain and solution knowledge the opportunity to guide RFP structuring, requirement articulation, and vendor evaluation criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs specific to manufacturing processes.
  • Our consultants provide domain and product expertise in Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP to shape the RFP scope.
  • Assistance in drafting functional and technical requirements for ERP implementation is required.
  • Vendor evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks aligned to best practices must be defined.
  • Review and validation of RFP content ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Implementation approaches, licensing models, and cost structures relevant to Infor/Epicor are offered as insights.
  • Ad-hoc consultations during the RFP drafting and vendor shortlisting phases are provided.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP is necessary.
  • A proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design is required.
  • Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes is essential.
  • A strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes, including production planning, supply chain, inventory, and shop floor control is necessary.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications is crucial.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
