ERP Business Process Manager

The role involves overseeing technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance, and managing user access privileges.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.

  2. Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and passwords.

  3. Ensuring Regulatory compliance for Manufacturing processes.

  4. Managing Technology risk management activities in ERP for Manufacturing processes.

  5. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.

  6. Configuring regulatory requirements for critical fields and validating for Manufacturing processes in Plants.

  7. Integrating ERP with Government Portal APIs, requiring master configuration and management.

  8. Customizing Legal document output Forms as PFI, e-Invoice Copies, COAs, and POs interfacing with customers and vendors.

  9. Identifying High, Medium, and Low-priority user issues in daily business processes.

  10. Developing MIS reports for compliance with Regulatory and Finance requirements.

  11. Identifying user issues that can be resolved through front-end or back-end services.

  12. Ensuring Security of transactions by configuring Back-dated transactions updates and unwanted user access based on user roles and access privilege levels.

  13. Monitoring System implementation, Support, system analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.

  14. Ensuring ERP Software is up-to-date with Latest Builds for GST and TDS compliance, coordinated with Service providers and consultants.

  15. Troubleshooting all Technology issues.

  16. Formulating an overall strategy and policy for an efficient ERP process function.

  17. Managing and maintaining all ERP Business Processes.

  18. Purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP modules to upgrade business processes.

  19. Coordinating with Plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.

  20. Building and managing a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.

  21. Identifying training needs and providing formal training, hand-holding, guiding, and coaching.

  22. Maintaining employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.

  23. Motivating, mentoring, and counseling to achieve desired performance.
