Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the procurement team to achieve targets.
  • Optimize procurement, inventory, and sourcing processes for cost savings and efficiency.
  • Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Manage inventory to meet production demands.
  • Continuously explore new vendors to improve rates and services.
  • Utilize ERP systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor costs, analyze performance metrics, and report improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 13–17 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (Manufacturing industry experience preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, supplier management processes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive cost efficiency.
