ERP System Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure the seamless operation of our Real Estate industry-specific ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business associates and ERP vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications.
  • Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including Sales & Customer Care (CRM), Billing, Taxation, Engineering, Contracting & Procurement, Finance, and Administration.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Effectively supervise and mentor a team to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting ERP applications.
  • Expertise in collaborating with business associates and ERP vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with users and stakeholders.
  • Experience in generating and distributing periodic reports.
  • Supervisory and mentoring skills.
