Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of accounts in Bangalore.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely submission of invoices and addressing disputes in a prompt manner.
  • The role involves regular updates on unaccounted transactions, customer on-boarding, and effective credit verification.
  • A strong focus on day-to-day requirements, including invoice copies, AWB copies, and settlement cases tracking is required.
  • The candidate must also conduct fortnightly reviews with legal and GCS teams to track progress on payment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of 200 accounts in Bangalore.
  • Ensuring timely submission of invoices and addressing disputes.
  • Regular updates on unaccounted transactions, customer on-boarding, and effective credit verification.
  • Day-to-day requirements, including invoice copies, AWB copies, and settlement cases tracking.
  • Fortnightly reviews with legal and GCS teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in account management or a related field.
