Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Ensure timely communication on targets across portfolio parameters of resolution, rollback & normalization to stakeholders.">
  3. Achieve Resolution, Rollback/ Normalization targets assigned on the allocated portfolio.">
  4. Submit used receipts and ensure payment application within the approved timeframe.">
  5. Conduct receipt reconciliation within the approved cutoff date.">
  6. Perform start-of-month audits to ensure 100% process adherence. Report any deviations to the location head or RCM as necessary.">
  7. Update field follow-up in DCR and send trails to the Central Team for updation in V+ for all cases referred/alocated.">
  8. Communicate on pickups for accounts where pickups have been generated.">
  9. Ensure vendor payouts are raised and commission is paid to vendors in a timely manner.">
  10. Operate within regulatory frameworks with 100% compliance of regulatory norms.">
  11. Directly engage in field follow-up on difficult cases alongside agency proprietors/agencies supervisors for personal traction on high-risk accounts.">
  12. Investigate complaints received across channels, share findings after review, and prevent reputational/financial loss for the Bank.">
  13. Identify and recommend cases requiring legal recourse and ensure legal coverage for allocated accounts as necessary.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly is an added advantage.

Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and be willing to take ownership of their tasks and responsibilities.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are essential for this role.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
