Job Title: Portfolio Optimization Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections department, you will be responsible for maintaining collection efficiencies across assigned buckets.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-performing portfolio and drive NPA reversals and write-offs.
  • Identify critical accounts and initiate recovery strategies.
  • Ensure timely execution of legal tools such as warrants and Sarfaesi.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain DM orders and enforce agent possessions.
  • Manage portfolio movement and allocate tasks based on demography and volume.
  • Monitor collections performance and maintain zero delinquency within required parameters.
  • Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
  • Foster customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of issues and complaints.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in collections or a related field.
