Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our voice process team.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responding to clients via both voice and written communication, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries.
  • Managing multiple client queries simultaneously, utilizing workflow tools to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Supporting team members in resolving complex customer escalations and providing solutions or alternatives to resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in an inbound calling role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
Performance Metrics
  • Service level targets
  • First call resolution rates
  • Customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; a problem-solving mind-set; the ability to multi-task; able to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
