As an International Voice Process Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying new orders for accuracy and completeness. Your role will involve processing new orders on a web-based system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and maintaining service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify new orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Process new orders on a web-based system
  • Collaborate with customers to clarify order details
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and service levels
  • Place orders with partners on a web-based system and monitor status
  • Maintain accurate records of activities in internal systems

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in any field
  • Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofing entered data
  • Skill in reviewing, proofing and verifying data
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly
  • Comfortable working independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly motivated to perform repetitive duties with low error margin

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office software
  • Prior experience with salesforce.com
