Job Summary:We are looking for skilled and customer-focused professionals to handle inbound/outbound calls from existing UK and US clients in the insurance billing sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a night shift environment, and demonstrate a strong ability to pitch services to clients. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK and US clients regarding insurance billing queries and concerns

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively

Pitch existing services to clients, upselling/cross-selling opportunities

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Meet or exceed monthly targets and performance metrics

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software

Work Schedule:Night Shift: 7 PM – 4:30 AM (Indian Standard Time)Weekend working based on client requirement

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand and respond to complex customer queries
