As a Voice Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the International voice process for our organization. The Voice Analyst is responsible for coordinating the BPO process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical skills. In this role, you will interact with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure that BPO requests are assigned to qualified agents.

You will also track the progress of BPO assignments, address any discrepancies or issues identified in reports, and maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.
