Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives and team leads, driving performance and ensuring high-quality interactions.

  • Drive team performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics, including service level and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Handle complex customer escalations and provide solutions or alternatives to resolve issues.
  • Analyze performance data to inform business decisions.
Requirements

Candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role in a voice process or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
