Job Overview

This role entails overseeing and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on cloud management, vendor relationships, and IT administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Management: Deploy, monitor, maintain, and support all cloud-based systems to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, SLAs, and pricing while monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.
  • IT Administration: Oversee daily operations, including servers, networks, and storage systems, ensuring availability, performance, and security, and implementing IT policies and procedures for efficient and secure operations.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, cloud computing platforms, and services, as well as understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Management Skills: Strong project management skills, experience in budgeting and financial management for IT projects, and ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and troubleshoot complex IT issues, with ability to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and strong negotiation skills for vendor management.
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or a Diploma in Engineering in Information technology or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Proven experience in managing IT vendors and negotiating contracts.
