System Architect Role

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking system architect to drive strategic technology initiatives. This role reports directly to the leadership team, working closely with the product group to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems that support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team to achieve technical excellence by fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture, aligning engineering goals with the company's strategic objectives, and guiding system architecture for scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap to support rapid scaling and stability, make critical decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and development approaches, and ensure seamless collaboration between product and engineering workflows.
  • Drive end-to-end development of core platform features and improvements, monitor system performance, and stay updated on industry trends adopting emerging technologies when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 8-10 years of software development experience in PHP, Go, or Java, with experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Minimum of 4 years leading multiple teams and as an individual contributor, with strong knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web and backend services.
