Strategic Organisational Leader
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing organisational planning, deployment and shift scheduling in coordination with line managers. This includes effective manpower management, leave tracking and attendance records as well as time office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll with full compliance to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and LWF regulations.
- Ensure accurate statutory filings and timely disbursements.
Labour Law and Compliance:
- Maintain strict adherence to the Factories Act and other applicable labour laws.
- Liaise with external agencies and government departments for inspections, audits, and licenses.
EMS, EHS Compliance:
- Support and coordinate activities related to Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) standards.
- Ensure workplace safety and health compliance measures are implemented and documented.
Manpower Planning and Deployment:
- Oversee strategic manpower planning, deployment and shift scheduling in coordination with line managers.
- Effectively manage leave tracking, attendance records, and time office operations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for factory staff and labour, including job postings, interviews, and joining formalities.
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
HR Documentation and Records:
- Maintain all required statutory HR documentation, including personnel files, registers, and compliance reports.
- Ensure proper handling of contract labour documentation and service provider compliance.
