Job Title: Senior Operational Leader

">Job Description

As a Senior Operational Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR and IR operations of a large plant. This includes strategic business partnership with business leaders, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, training, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.
  • Manage industrial relations, including negotiations with union management, resolving issues, and promoting productivity development.
  • Develop and manage workforce planning programs to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to develop compensation and benefits frameworks, reward and recognition schemes, HR policies, and processes.

Requirements

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. You should have a deep understanding of HR and IR operations, as well as strategic business partnership.
