Job Role Overview

Quality assurance and control are critical to the success of our organization. We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in analytical techniques and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Enforce Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Conduct internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality protocols
  • Maintain precise documentation for testing activities
  • Participate in root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation
  • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

 

Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry

 

Key Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, e.g., FDA, WHO, ICH guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office and laboratory software, e.g., LIMS
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
