Job Description

This role requires a proactive and focused individual who can deliver workplace services to a consistently high standard across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe working practices, adhering to requirements, and maintaining alignment with the team to achieve customer delight.

The position involves engagement with other service partners to ensure consistency in service delivery to occupants and guests. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional service quality as reflected by client feedback
  • Ensuring adherence to all client contract requirements and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing a range of issues from strategic contract management to daily operations, while maintaining familiarity with service structure, including facilities management issues
  • Providing a professional, value-focused service that meets or exceeds client expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet changing client needs. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in facility management or the hospitality industry is required, along with a bachelor's degree. Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills are essential.
