Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our implementation projects across the US, UK, and AUS regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging technologies and workflows, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The successful candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of our implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and post "Go live" support. They will also be responsible for building and refining processes to improve operational efficiency and system adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of 20+ members to manage implementations across multiple locations/countries
  • Overseeing the full lifecycle of implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and post "Go live" support
  • Building and refining processes to improve operational efficiency and system adoption
  • Coordinating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  • Ensuring comprehensive documentation of implementation processes and client configurations
  • Providing regular reports on operational performance and project status to Leadership

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in leading software implementations
  • Experience working in a high-growth, SaaS-based or healthcare technology environment
  • Strong understanding of imaging technologies and workflows (X-ray, Intraoral, Pano, DICOM)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage large teams and client interactions
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus
  • Experience in Helpdesk/Incident Management tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira etc.
  • Prior experience working Night Shifts
