Job Title: Cloud Project Manager

The role of a cloud project manager is crucial in overseeing the successful delivery and implementation of cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver cloud migration or implementation projects on time and within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives and support long-term success.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in project management, preferably in cloud or IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or cloud certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
