About Our Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Director to lead our team in crafting and executing strategic communication solutions for our clients.

This key leadership role requires a deep understanding of integrated communications, stakeholder management, and business development.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and client CXOs to bring communication strategies to life across traditional and digital platforms.

This individual plays a crucial role in building the firm's visibility and business by developing compelling pitches and nurturing client relationships at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and drive innovation during challenging projects.

They will also be self-motivated and able to create schedules, willing to learn and use digital tools, time-conscious and possess critical thinking skills.

Qualifications include a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/PR/Journalism or an MBA in Marketing, along with 10-13 years' experience in a PR Agency.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining and growing client relationships at operational and leadership levels.
  2. Translating overall strategies into actionable tactical plans and ensuring timely delivery.
  3. Developing award-winning ideas to drive results and brand influence for clients.
  4. Building and improving relationships with senior journalists and influencers.
  5. Overseeing national media universes for all clients.
  6. Guiding team members in tracking news trends and securing media coverage.
  7. Driving new business opportunities through client pitches.
  8. Directing account managers in client retention and servicing cost management.
  9. Cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
