Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with Senior Vice Presidents and the wider team to oversee the resolution of client issues.
  • Evaluate and escalate complaints within the team and department.
  • Create a high-performance environment that is both challenging and exciting.
  • Contribute actively to corporate initiatives as part of the management team.
  • Assess risks for current and potential new funds under administration.
  • Identify issues and recommend company-wide solutions for high-risk projects.
  • Promote risk consciousness and culture.
  • Participate in and lead projects related to the expansion and evolution of our business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Professional Accounting Designation (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
  • ~12-15 years of experience in hedge fund or private equity administration.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience managing and leading staff.
  • Technical knowledge of Hedge Fund Accounting.
  • Risk management expertise.
  • Good client/business relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
