  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business teams in undertaking market and customer research initiatives to understand market trends and customer needs to build products that create a unique value proposition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams Program Management, Sales, Marketing, Service Excellence, Legal & Compliance to create a well-defined go-to-market plan.
  • Ensure products meet all compliance & security related regulatory or internal / external defined policy framework guidelines.
  • Define and drive product performance metrics focusing on profitability, customer growth, engagement and retention.
