Business Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team, providing end-to-end support to clients. This role requires a strong foundation in financial due diligence, QoE reviews, valuation, and databook preparation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading workstreams, ensuring quality of deliverables, and mentoring junior team members while collaborating with counterparts in a fast-paced deals environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Execution & Review
  • • Lead workstreams on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
  • • Prepare and review Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses, working capital and net debt schedules.
  • • Databook preparation and financial variance analyses, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • • Perform valuation support, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Collaboration with Teams
  • • Act as a primary contact for engagement managers and senior stakeholders.
  • • Ensure clear communication of findings, challenges, and recommendations.
  • • Deliver timely, well-documented outputs aligned with client expectations.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • • Review and sign off on deliverables prepared by junior analysts.
  • • Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance technical and process capabilities.
  • • Manage project workflows, prioritize competing deadlines, and uphold quality standards.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
  • • Strong knowledge of Transaction Advisory, Due Diligence, QoE, and Valuations.
  • • Hands-on experience with databook preparation, reconciliations, and financial modelling.
  • • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills (financial analysis, dashboards, presentations).
  • • Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • • Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams.
  • • Ability to lead small teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain quality under pressure.
Requirements:
  • • 5–7 years of experience in Transaction Advisory / Deals (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
