Training and Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled Training and Development Professional to lead our training initiatives across multiple locations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food, beverage, and liquor service standards.
  • Standardize operational training across all locations to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging training content that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Maintain accurate records of training progress and evaluate program success.
  3. Provide coaching and feedback to staff on their performance and areas for improvement.
  4. Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in F&B training (restaurant, lounge, bar, or hospitality industry).
  • Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wines, and liquor service standards.
  • Expertise in creating training modules, SOPs, and skill assessments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel across locations for training sessions.
