We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our B2B growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in insurance companies, online platforms selling insurance products, banks, automotive OEMs, and FinTech firms.
- Conduct regular client visits to build strong relationships and provide post-sales support.
- Deliver tailored technical product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions based on each client's operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-create and implement customized client solutions.
- Manage the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and strategic reports to stakeholders.
- Log all client interactions into the CRM system and stay informed about industry trends.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals in competitive markets.
Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-7 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in AutoTech, Automotive, or Industrial Technology sectors.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to grasp vehicle-related technologies.
- Prior onsite experience, particularly in consultative or technical sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics software.
