Job Description

This position involves providing critical support to the physical security operations team, ensuring seamless implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures across the facility.

You will collaborate with various teams, including crisis management and business continuity, to develop and implement emergency response plans and protocols.

Your role will also involve coordinating security logistics, risk assessments, and supporting 3rd party security teams during overnight, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Serving as a primary point of contact, you will facilitate planning, coordination, and effective two-way communication to ensure timely escalation and collaboration with both local and U.S.-based teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
