Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced HR professional to lead day-to-day operations, manage recruitment and employee relations, develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and data maintenance.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate full recruitment cycle, source talent, conduct interviews and background checks, and make hiring recommendations.
  • Assist in performance management processes including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Investigate employee grievances, provide recommendations for resolutions, and maintain employee records.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
