Senior HR & Finance Operations Specialist

This role is a blend of back-end HR operations and accounting support, requiring a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage employee attendance records, administer payroll, maintain leave management systems, handle employee queries, and support back-end HR activities.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR operations while contributing to accurate financial processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
  • Administer and process payroll, including statutory deductions.
  • Maintain leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent implementation.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Support back-end HR activities such as onboarding documentation and HR audits.

Accounting & Finance Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks: maintaining ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
  • Support audits by providing necessary financial and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation).
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of accounting tools, Excel, and HRMS systems.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
