Business Development Lead

Job Overview:

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities in the architectural, PMC, furniture, and interior design industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, furniture manufacturers, and project management consultants to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong networking skills to establish relationships with key stakeholders and promote products through effective communication.
  • Ensure excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively coordinate between clients and various teams.
  • Have a deep understanding of the furniture manufacturing process and be able to create specifications for finishes and explain the basic operation of machinery.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Promote and develop business for new products, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with MS Outlook and MS Excel software to manage tasks and track progress.
  • Lead a team, expand its size as the business grows, and take charge of finished products.
