Supply Chain Growth Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Growth Expert. This role plays a pivotal part in driving the successful deployment of solutions for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Partnership Development:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Understand client objectives and align them with our product offerings to drive their success.

  • Develop Detailed Implementation Plans:

Collaborate closely with clients and pre-sales teams to detail solutioning and prepare clear implementation plans that explain the process and system workflow, as well as exception scenarios.

  • Customer Success Management:

Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs and ensuring the adoption of new features, services, and solutions.

  • Lead Implementation Projects:

Drive implementation projects for systems by working collaboratively with clients, pre-sales teams, and product teams. Lead efforts to drive project management best practices, ensuring timely delivery with agreed resources and scope monitoring.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

Leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers. Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk.

  • Customer Training & Enablement:

Provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can fully utilize the product. Develop customized learning paths and onboarding plans to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Project Handover and Support:

Manage project handover, close all points by working with product and support teams. Create customer SOPs for processes that can be used by clients and internally by support teams. Work with the support teams to hand over the project to Support and KAM.

  • Customer Feedback Loop:

Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.

Requirements:

  • Good analytical skills
  • Understanding of supply chain principles and operations in detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS or tech-driven company
  • Experience in managing projects and working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
