Mechanical Technician Position

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience: 3 to 4 years in assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting SPM and industrial mechanical systems.
  • Mechanical Systems: Proficient in working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, mechanical assemblies, and precision alignment of machine components.
  • Fabrication & Assembly: Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical part and layout drawings and executing mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks.
  • Tools & Equipment: Familiar with usage of standard mechanical tools, torque wrenches, dial indicators, and other precision instruments.
  • Project Execution: Involved in mechanical integration and support during machine trials, testing at designated facilities, customer inspections / trials and final commissioning.
  • Field Support: Capable of providing on-site mechanical installation, alignment, and commissioning support at customer and vendor locations across India.
Requirements:
  • Basic Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Should own a two-wheeler with driving license.
