We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time at our Bengaluru office. If you love creating impact through smart campaigns and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize, plan, and execute digital campaigns for growth and lead generation
  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, and social media initiatives
  • Analyze performance and drive optimisations across channels
  • Build relationships with prospects and manage CRM updates
  • Pitch and present our solutions to potential clients
  • Contribute ideas that keep campaigns sharp, creative, and measurable
Requirements
  • 13 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and web analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with B2B sales or service marketing is a plus
  • Ability to edit websites in WordPress
  • Client management skills
  • Sales and proposal skills for agency marketing
