Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for ensuring the highest quality of software products? We are seeking a skilled Software Tester to join our team.
Job DescriptionA Software Tester is responsible for conducting thorough end-to-end testing, including manual and automated testing, as well as performance testing. The ideal candidate will actively participate in requirement analysis, client discussions, and test strategy implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Attend client meetings to gather and understand testing needs, asking pertinent questions to clarify requirements.
- Translate business and technical requirements into structured test plans and test cases, using agile methodologies where necessary.
- Execute functional, UI, smoke, sanity, and exploratory tests, utilizing tools such as Selenium and TestNG to ensure efficient testing processes.
- Perform validations across development, QA, and production environments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts, integrating them into CI pipelines for continuous testing coverage, thereby reducing time-to-market.
- Log, track, and retest bugs using Zoho BugTracker or similar tools, providing clear status updates and steps to reproduce.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Testing Tools & Frameworks
- Selenium with Python (automation testing)
- TestNG (test configuration)
- JMeter or LoadRunner (performance/load testing)
- Postman, Swagger, or equivalent (API testing)
- Zoho BugTracker, Jira (bug management & tracking)
- Additional Tools & Knowledge
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration into automated testing
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
