Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to craft and implement a connected planning and budgeting ecosystem, driving powerful financial insights for our organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Information Systems and Finance & Accounting, with a proven track record of implementing or managing multiple Planning solutions in Oracle Hyperion or similar EPM tools.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to foster a culture of innovation and encourage resources to evaluate and introduce new technologies.

  • Craft a comprehensive planning and budgeting ecosystem
  • Drive innovation and own planning solutions that support Finance professionals
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Owner and SMEs to understand, prioritize and advise on application focus and rollout
  • Lead all aspects of system architecture and build consistently with industry best practices
  • Owning and maintaining SDLC documentation
  • Facilitate and support the unimpeded execution of annual budget, quarterly forecast, and Long-range Plan financial processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Master's Degree and 4 years of Information Systems or Finance & Accounting

Or Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of Information Systems or Finance & Accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience of implementing or managing multiple Planning solutions in Oracle Hyperion (preferred) or similar EPM tools

Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like Jira

Possesses strong learning agility (including for new technologies) and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail

2+ years functional experience in financial budgeting and reporting at large corporate environment a plus
