Finance Specialist - ERP Optimization

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system enhances productivity and supports organizational goals.

  • Configuring, implementing, and optimizing the ERP system to meet business requirements is key.
  • Conducting design workshops with solution architects and performing fit-gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating and maintaining design documents, configurations, and integration to bridge the gap between business needs and functional capabilities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, implement, and optimize the SAP S/4HANA finance system to meet business needs.
  • Design workshops and perform fit-gap analysis with solution architects.
  • Create and maintain design documents, configurations, and integration.
  • Bridge the gap between business requirements and functional capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA finance.
  • Strong background in designing, developing, and interfacing with SAP data targets, extractors, and Activate methodology.
  • Experience in customizing SAP FICO processes (GST End to End configuration, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to drive customer workshops and discussions.
  • Travel readiness.
  • Training users and preparing end-user training material.
