Job Title:

Finance Systems Architect


About the Role:

In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and planning solutions that support finance professionals across our organization.

As a seasoned technologist, you will craft a connected planning and budgeting ecosystem to drive powerful financial insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with product owners and SMEs to understand, prioritize, and advise on application focus and rollout.
  • Lead all aspects of system architecture and build consistently with industry best practices.
  • Own and maintain SDLC documentation.
  • Drive data quality and integrity in Anaplan and Hyperion planning systems; understanding data relationships and data flows between various systems including SAP, DRM, and AWS.
  • Facilitate and support the unimpeded execution of annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range plan financial processes.
  • Work independently as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members.

Requirements:

- Master's Degree and 4 years of Information Systems or Finance & Accounting

Or

- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of Information Systems or Finance & Accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

A highly motivated, collaborative leader with these qualifications:

  • Proven experience implementing or managing multiple Planning solutions in Oracle Hyperion (preferred) or similar EPM tools.
  • Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like Jira.
  • Possesses strong learning agility, including for new technologies, and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail.
  • 2+ years functional experience in financial budgeting and reporting at a large corporate environment a plus.
  • Foster a culture of innovation to encourage resources to evaluate and introduce new technologies that meet business objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
