Lead Enterprise Observability Solutions Architect

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge observability solutions, empowering organizations to scale with reliability and performance.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role that focuses on OpenTelemetry, Python development, automation, observability tools, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build scalable observability solutions using OpenTelemetry (metrics, logs, traces).
  • Develop custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools using Python programming language.
  • Implement dashboards & visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk data management system.
  • Manage event streaming pipelines with Apache Kafka technology.
  • Deploy and monitor observability components in containerized environments like Kubernetes.
  • Build & optimize continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, and Argo CD.
  • Drive DevOps maturity assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise-wide transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS cloud platform, Splunk, Ansible automation tool, Terraform infrastructure as code.

Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, Groovy programming language, YAML configuration files.

Knowledge of databases such as Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus monitoring system, RDS, and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with storage systems including NetApp, VMAX, Pure Storage, PMAX.

Strong exposure to monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK stack, etc.

Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment experience with an emphasis on collaboration, communication, and adaptability.
