We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Executive Search Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in interviewing techniques.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-level executives, conducting competency-based interviews, and assessing candidates' suitability for executive roles.
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and appoint a Transition Coach for the candidate, facilitate chemistry meetings between the Coach and Candidate, and ensure a seamless integration of executives into their role and culture.

- Ability to Work Collaboratively with Clients and Internal Teams
- Prior Experience in Executive Search is a Must
