We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. They will also be required to maintain accurate customer records, achieve customer service targets, and communicate feedback to the management team.
This is a full-time remote role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The representative will work closely with fellow team members to share insights, knowledge, and best practices.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Feedback Handling:
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues or suggestions to the appropriate teams.

- Customer Interaction:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications.
