Lead Interior Designer Position\

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior designs that meet our clients' needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.\
  • Develop and implement innovative interior design solutions that meet our clients' needs and budget.\
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.\
  • Provide expert advice on interior design trends, materials, and finishes.\
  • Analyze sales reports and project timelines to identify areas for improvement.\
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.\
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and technologies.\
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.\
  • Meet deadlines and deliver projects on time.\
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • 4-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.\
  • 10+ years of industry experience or 6+ years of experience (with at least 2 years in a similar role).\
  • Site experience and ability to install designs with minimal hassle.\
  • Residential project experience and proficiency in Google Sketchup software.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proficiency in English language and local language desirable.\
