Operations & Compliance:
  • Ensure seamless daily branch operations, adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining a risk-aware culture.
  • Monitor and implement corrective actions for audit and compliance processes, overseeing cash management, branch safety, and administrative procedures.
Team Leadership & Performance:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of relationship managers, sales officers, and operations staff, fostering a customer-centric culture and promoting high employee engagement.
  • Set performance goals, monitor achievements, and implement targeted training or corrective plans to drive team success.
Customer Experience:
  • Resolve complex customer escalations and queries with prompt and effective solutions, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering outstanding customer experiences and proactive issue resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in branch banking, financial services, or retail operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
