Job Overview

The role of Senior Branch Manager is a pivotal position that oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a branch. This includes driving revenue growth, developing business plans, and fostering key partnerships.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy:
      • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth through branch-based initiatives.
      • Pursue opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products to enhance customer engagement.
    • Operations & Compliance Management:
      • Ensure seamless execution of daily branch operations in alignment with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
      • Maintain rigorous risk management, audit, and compliance processes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
      • Lead and mentor a team of relationship managers, sales officers, and operations staff to achieve optimal performance.
      • Set and track performance goals, providing coaching and development opportunities as required.
    • Customer Experience Enhancement:
      • Resolve complex customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
      • Nurture long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in branch banking, financial services, or retail operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
