Are you a driven and results-oriented professional looking to lead our corporate business initiatives? We are seeking an Executive Corporate Business Development Manager to join our team at Metro Hospitals & Heart Institutes.

About the Role:

We are a leading healthcare provider in Delhi, and we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As an Executive Corporate Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships with corporates, facilitating health-related agreements, and organizing health activities for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Corporate Engagement: Identify potential corporate clients and initiate contact with relevant authorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporates.
  • Agreement and Partnership Management: Negotiate and finalize discount agreements with corporate clients to promote healthcare services. Facilitate tie-ups for pre-employment health checks and employee preventive health check-ups.
  • On-site Corporate Activities: Plan and execute health camps, wellness talks, and preventive health programs at corporate premises. Coordinate logistics and resources to ensure smooth execution of corporate activities.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within corporate sectors. Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through corporate partnerships.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on corporate activities, agreements, and outcomes. Analyze the ROI of corporate engagement initiatives and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, it would be beneficial if you have experience in corporate health programs or related services. Familiarity with corporate networks and health industry trends in the region would also be an advantage.

Salary: ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 10,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience). This salary is estimated based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved in the role.
