Job Title: Senior Executive - Community Program


Location: Metro Hospital, Preet Vihar & Shadipur, Delhi


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive for our Community Program team. The ideal candidate will drive community engagement by coordinating with key personnel in neighborhood societies, planning and executing health-related activities, and ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


Community Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in neighborhood societies.
  • Plan and organize community-based health activities, including health camps, awareness talks, and wellness programs.


Program Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the Head Office (HO) to execute community outreach programs effectively.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of programs tailored to the specific needs of the community.


Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and execute in-house activities such as health check-up camps, seminars, and wellness events.
  • Coordinate logistics, resources, and stakeholder communication for successful event execution.


Data Management and Reporting:

  • Update the CRM system with data collected during events, ensuring accurate tracking of footfalls and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on planned vs. actual activities, detailing ROI and associated expenses.


Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of community programs.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Healthcare Management, Public Relations, or a related field).
  • 2-4 years of experience in community engagement, program management, or event planning, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare outreach or community program management.
  • Familiarity with local community networks in and around Shadipur.
